SIA Šrēdereja, reg. No. 40003850195, with its legal address at Vētras iela 10A, Riga, LV1016 (hereinafter referred to as – ŠRĒDEREJA) is the provider of content available on the website and offers goods/services in accordance with the Terms of Use detailed below.
1. General Terms
These Terms of Use govern the legal relationship between the Seller and the Buyer when ordering goods from the online store www.shredlive.com.
The legal relationship between the Seller and the Buyer is subject to the applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia.
ŠRĒDEREJA reserves the right to amend these TERMS OF USE, with the current version being accessible to CUSTOMERS by posting it on our website.
2. Making a Purchase
Customers can browse and shop in the online store 24/7.
Product prices are listed in euros (EUR) and include a 21% value-added tax.
The price of goods excludes delivery charges to the specified address.
To place an order, add desired products to the shopping cart, fill in all required fields, choose a suitable delivery method, and proceed to payment. The total order cost, including delivery, will be displayed for confirmation.
3. Payment Terms
Payment methods provided by the makecommerce.lv payment platform, Maksekeskus AS, include:

Using online banking, confirm the order and click the "Return to merchant" button.
Personal data required for payments are securely transferred to the licensed payment institution Maksekeskus AS.
The contract becomes effective upon successful payment. If unable to fulfill an order for any reason, the Buyer will be promptly notified, and any amount paid will be refunded within 14 days.
4. Delivery Terms
The Seller or their authorized courier delivers purchased goods.
Buyers are responsible for any duties and taxes incurred at the delivery destination.
Shipping costs are provided before order confirmation. Goods are typically delivered within 20 working days. In exceptional cases, delivery may take up to 45 calendar days, with prior customer notification.
Buyers may opt to collect products at Andrejostas street 4a, Riga, on working days from 10:00-16:30, by informing the Seller via email at sales@shredlive.com.
The Seller endeavors to deliver products within the specified timeframe. However, unforeseen circumstances may necessitate changes, in which case the Buyer will be promptly notified to agree on an alternative delivery time.
5. Returns and Exchanges
Products can be returned or exchanged within 14 working days of receipt.
To utilize the 14-day right of withdrawal, goods must be used for their intended purposes, with the consumer responsible for maintaining quality and safety. The online store reserves the right to reduce refundable amounts for any decrease in goods' value due to inappropriate use, damage, or loss of packaging.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
To initiate a return or exchange, the Buyer must notify sales@shredlive.com, providing the order number and reason for return.
6. Processing of Buyer's Personal Data
The online store processes only personal data provided by the Buyer during the order process, such as name, surname, and email.
Personal data may be shared with transport service providers to facilitate delivery.
Buyers who have opted to receive marketing communications may be contacted periodically with service information and offers. Opt-out options are available by contacting sales@shredlive.com.
7. Dispute Resolution
Any matters not addressed in these terms and conditions are subject to the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia.
Disputes between the Seller and the Buyer are to be resolved through mutual negotiation or correspondence. If resolution is not achieved, disputes will be settled in the courts of the Republic of Latvia, adhering to Latvian laws and regulations. Consumer disputes may also be referred to the Consumer Rights Protection Center or the courts of the Republic of Latvia.
Buyers also retain the right to seek recourse through European Union dispute resolution institutions.
